Stoned Out Jewelry Designs was born from the creative vision of its founder, Edwina T. Chong. After a successful career as an executive in the medical staffing industry, Edwina chose to pursue her lifelong passion for fashion, jewelry, and personal style. For more than 25 years she has been inspired by bold statement pieces and unique designs that help women express their individuality with confidence.

With the goal of “Stoning Out” women everywhere, Edwina began designing striking jewelry collections featuring natural stones, distinctive materials, and timeless style. Each piece reflects her love for creativity, elegance, and effortless sophistication.

Over the years, Stoned Out Jewelry Designs has grown to serve customers across the United States, including artists and individuals within the entertainment industry. Edwina’s work is inspired by the belief that every woman deserves to feel beautiful, confident, and celebrated, regardless of her shape, size, or background.

Today the brand is expanding into a lifestyle collection inspired by travel and effortless elegance. Alongside its signature jewelry pieces, Stoned Out Designs is introducing resort-ready fashion, including easy-to-wear silk styles and breathable linen designs that complement the bold jewelry that started it all.
