Customer Returns/Exchanges

In the event that you receive a damaged item, contact STONED OUT at within seven (7) business days of receiving your order. All sales are final. Items specifically marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return nor exchange. The following exchange options are available to Customers within ten (10) business days of receiving merchandise on items not marked FINAL SALE:

  • Exchange for same item only.
  • Exchange for a merchandise certificate to purchase another item.

When an item is exchanged that is no longer available, Customers will receive a merchandise certificate. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees that might be incurred. Customers will be mailed their merchandise certificate and those Customers who provided an e-mail address will also receive a copy via e-mail.
